Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If within 15 days of your service selection and posting of your job in all respect with all required job parameters if you didn’t get any response against your job requirement, we can offer you a refund or extension of service for another 15 days.
To be eligible for a refund, your no response is a must condition, after checking all details refund will be processed in 5 days.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and the refund will be initiated in the same account from where we have received the payment.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any request that is generated after more than 30 days of service expiry date.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced service may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
